I do not send out my designs ahead of the appointment. I kindly ask for your trust in the design process and hope you're here because you dig my work! I always allow time before we begin tattooing to make small edits to the design and ensure you're 100% happy!!
- 04
During your appointment, you can make small changes to your custom design. These changes should take less than 15 minutes to make. If you want to make large changes to the design, you will need to reschedule your appointment and place a second deposit. Any complete redesigns forfeit your original deposit and a new one must be placed.
But why? I have a limited number of appointment slots available each week. The deposits are there as a way to ensure your interest in my art, and to solidify our appointment time. It's near impossible to fill a last minute reschedule, and rescheduling impacts other clients' ability to book the new time slot. Additionally, making significant changes/drawing a new design involves more draw time outside of the studio.

Reach out through email 48 hours in advance as to not void your deposit.
- 06
Locate your booking confirmation email and select the "cancel" button for cancel your upcoming appointment. If you cannot locate the booking confirmation, please send me an email. Your deposit will not be refunded.
Please note that canceling is not rescheduling!
- 07
A tattoo deposit must be placed in order to schedule your appointment. They range between $50-100, the cost of which counts toward the total price of your tattoo. Deposits act as a reservation for your tattoo appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. As a tattooer, I do not receive income for no-shows, canceled appointments, or last minute reschedules. A deposit helps cover some of the time spent designing the tattoo, transportation, and supplies used if I encounter one of these situations.

It's not you, it's me! No, but seriously. Due to demand, I'm very lucky to be able to be selective with my projects. If you've submitted the same design idea over several booking periods to no avail, it may just not be for me! But I promise you it's not a flawed concept and there's another tattooist out there that would love to poke it for you. :)
- 09
If your idea has been accepted for booking, I've received your deposit and you've been confirmed for an appointment time-slot.. you're all set!! The day before your tattoo, you will get an email with appointment/building access info.
If you have emailed specific questions about your appointment that aren't answered in my FAQ, I should get back to you at least a couple days before your scheduled booking. If your question is urgent, please send me another message with "URGENT" in the email description.

If I haven't emailed you saying I need different images or more details, your reference images were perfecto and I have all I need. :)

Tips are not required but are appreciated! Tattooers are independent contractors who pay a rent/percentage each month for their station, pay for their own tattooing/cleanup supplies, and often their own health insurance as this is not standard. Tips usually range anywhere from 10-30% of the total cost of your tattoo.
- 12
Cash only at the appointment until further notice! Just know I do not typically carry large bills for change. Credit Card payments are only used for placing a deposit online and result in a 3% charge.
- 13
Tattoo artists, generally, are independent contractors with no worker’s rights or compensation. The price of my tattoos cover the time spent to both draw the design and tattoo the design, the cost of tattooing operations, and reflect the integrity I have in my work.
